We are a busy family of five with children aged 10, 14 and 17 looking for someone to rent a downstairs room in our newly refurbished, Victorian family home.
You would have exclusive access to an adjacent WC and shared access to one of our family bathrooms on the 1st floor. We can offer space for some storage either in our loft or shed. You would also be welcome to use our kitchen and kitchen equipment.
The room is adjacent to our front door. It has a queen sized bed, wardrobe and desk. It has wifi, a tv aerial socket, data ports, Amazon Prime and Netflix. It is 4.5m x 2.5m in size.
The house has a large, private garden and is set in a quiet, unadopted lane with off road parking near the centre of Colden Common and local amenities.
The village has good access to M3 and has a direct local bus service to Winchester.
Seperate fridge/freezer, council tax and all other bills included.
We are a busy and active household sadly saying goodbye to our current lodger and her dog. Due to alergies, we welcome dogs but not cats. We would consider a 5/7 day per week rental.
