We're in a quiet cul-de-sac midway between Winchester and Eastleigh with easy access to M3 and M27. 20 mins from Southampton 30 mins from New Forest.

In the village are two two pubs, two churches, Village Garage, Brambridge Antiques, Brambridge Garden Centre, convenience stores, and very active community centre. Doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, hairdressers, beauty salons, park, recreation ground, greens and a bowling club.

I'm looking for a calm, honest, clean and reliable lodger who is in full time employment. My present lodger is moving into his own house and will be happy to give me a reference to confirm how it's been living here etc.
