It was fully refurbished throughout a few years ago with new kitchen, bathrooms, central heating, boiler and megaflow for all your hot water needs with wood effect flooring throughout.

There is a large south-facing back garden with a bike storage shed, BBQ patio and large driveway (off-street parking for up to 4 or 5 cars).

All bedrooms have a TV aerial socket. Each room has a lockable door and each housemate has a good size lockable kitchen store cupboard.

The 3 larger rooms in the house have their own ensuite shower rooms which means the main bathroom is not busy and the house benefits from two separate toilets.

All housemates must be professional, friendly and willing to participate in keeping the property clean and tidy. A regular cleaner is organised for the communal areas in the house.

It's 2 minutes walk to the Tesco superstore, brand new Decathlon, Pure Gym and restaurants, and 5 minute drive from Queen Alexandra Hospital. Good access also to Pall, IBM, Marriott, Wiggle, Affinion, BAe, Astrium etc.
