Double bedroom + office + bathroom

We have a double room to rent in our spacious townhouse in a quiet cul de sac in Farnborough. The room also comes with its own bathroom and a second smaller room next to it, which can be used as an office or walk in wardrobe!

The house is furnished, the bedroom comes with a bed including mattress and drawers. The smaller room (office/wardrobe) is currently empty (depending on what you’d like to do with it we can provide drawers and a hanging rail if needed)

It’s a spacious house with a large garage, conservatory, garden and parking.

The room is available from 1st March, our current housemate is moving in with a bf so her room has come available.

We are 1 girl and 1 boy, both easy going, friendly, happy to be sociable but also enjoy our own quiet time! Looking for someone similar to join our house!

We are a few minutes drive from Farnborough main train station and close to the M3.

The £600 includes rent and all bills. There is a deposit of £600 which would need to be paid upfront. Feel free to contact us with any questions :)
