🏠 Comfortable Double Rooms Available. Please note these rooms are for contractors because I like the often shorter term nature of this and very sorry but they are not available for people looking for a new home.

Two double bedrooms in a quiet, clean and tidy home 5 minutes from the refinery and equally close to Applemore gym and swimming pool.

I work full time and these days much prefer exercise and a good nights sleep to nights out and drinking. The rooms would suit mature professionals who are used to working away and enjoy a peaceful space.

🛏️ Each room comes with a good quality, new mattress for a great night’s sleep.

🐾 One relaxed, friendly house cat. She is an easy going friendly character who won’t demand attention, but please only reach out if you’re comfortable with a feline companion in the house.
