I’m starting to put the feelers out for lodgers in my new home that I’m hoping to have completed on the purchase and be available from January.
The house is lovely and located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in Dibden Purlieu and has a driveway. Both rooms are big double rooms and there is also access to a garage for storage.
I have been renting out rooms for the last 4 years and I am happy to either socialise or leave you to your own devices. Please note I work shifts (including very early starts on the weekends) and the house is a peaceful and happy home to unwind and not a party house. I am looking for respectful lodgers who’s lifestyle also suits this.
I do have 2 very friendly (and always hungry) house cats so you must be okay with animals.

Happy to do either 7 day or Mon-Fri rent. DBS certificate holders and longer term preferred.
