The house is well maintained, clean and tidy, close to motorways for commuting.
9 minute drive to Queen Alexandra hospital. Supermarket is near by.
Lounge, kitchen and utility is shared with others in the house.

Utility room has two washing machines and tumble dryer.

Cleaner on a regular basis for communal areas.

I am an accredited landlord with NRLA. I am approachable and responsive.

The house currently has one female and 4 males living there, all are working professionals.

There is on road parking at the front of the house. Easy access to M27, M3, Portsmouth centre, Southampton.

It is a no smoking house.
