The room has recently been refurbished and comes with its own large private bathroom with both bath and walk in shower.

You'll have use of the rest of the house, including a gym, games/cinema room, garden and outdoor space, plus full Sky TV, fast broadband and off-road parking.

£850 pcm including all household bills (excluding food).

You'll be sharing with me, a professional live-in owner, and my friendly dog. I'm easy-going, sociable and I am looking for someone similar — ideally someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and happy to have a chat or glass of wine /beer occasionally, but who also enjoys their own space.
