Furnished Room - Mon to Fri

I have a room available in a 2 bed flat in the centre of Eastleigh. You will have use of shared bathroom and kitchen.

Furnished with a new bed with storage space, new open wardrobe with 3 drawers, bed side table with new furnishings and carpet. Tv can be included in room if wanted, as well as one set of linen provided. One set of linen included.

All bills are currently included, this includes the internet. If utilities are used above a normal amount pricing will be reviewed.

There is parking available on the road, and we are very close to M3 and M27. It is also a 10 minute walk to the shops, train station, bus station and local restaurants.

I will be asking for references, one from your employer and one from your previous address/landlord.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional who will be respectful of my home and belongings.
