Spacious double room in Eastleigh

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate lodger to share my modern home.

The room is a large double with an IKEA day bed which converts into a comfortable double bed, plenty of drawer storage and a desk/workspace. The room is bright and overlooks the rear of the house. Shared bathroom.

The house is my home, so I’m looking for someone who will treat it as such and is considerate of noise, cleanliness and shared spaces.

There is also my dog who is very much part of the household and can be a little particular with new people. A dog-friendly person who understands that she may need a little space initially is essential.

All bills included, off road parking and close to Southampton Airport.
