Large ensuite in house for young professionals

A large ensuite room available in a friendly professional house share in the centre of Eastleigh. Off road parking space available for hire.

The ensuite room is HUGE with more storage than anyone could ask for with a walk in wardrobe and under bed storage ( all rooms have storage beds) not to mention various draws.

All rooms have a TV 🖥 point and the house has Virgin Media with enough umph to deal with everyone wanting it at once.

Once you move in all Bills are FREE.💷. The house is not suited to those WFH full time as it has a home rather than office set up and winter heating is during traditional non working hours.

The house is a stones throw from the local shops, bars 🍹and restaurants with costa coffee ☕️just around the corner. It is in a great position for the train station and motorway links and at the back of the house is an area for secure bike storage.🚲

It has a massive fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen has a large range cooker, huge American style fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards.

The lounge area has leather sofas, coffee tables and is a great place to sit, chat or watch TV.

The kitchen leads off to the private enclosed back garden with BBQ, table and chairs to relax and enjoy the sunshine.☀️

The housemates are great. They are open, friendly and outgoing ( and even tidy!). Everyone is in their 20s and post grad professionals. As such the requested age for applicants is up to 35 to encourage similar candidates to ensure the continuance of the happy house. The last 3 * emigrated to Australia * bought a house and * moved in with their partner so it will be great to have a full team again!
