Double room in Emsworth

Double room available from Sept to rent out to a friendly and clean professional.

I’m a 31 year old professional. I have lived here for the past 6 years, and have always had housemates, so am respectful of personal space, but also happy to socialise! As I work away Mon - Fri, I’m now looking for two new housemates.

The rooms on offer are two a bright small doubles to rent at £700 and £650 respectively (inc all bills). They are fully furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, drawers and desk.

The house is a 3 bed semi in North Emsworth, so is perfectly situated within walking distance of both Emsworth (15 mins) and Westbourne (5 mins) and their shops/restaurants/pubs. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Emsworth station (on the London Victoria mainline) and a half hour walk into Havant.

There’s a shared kitchen/living room, utility/storage room and toilet downstairs, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a spacious attic for storage, a large, completely enclosed rear garden and parking out the front, too.

The area is perfect for people who love the outdoors. Emsworth harbour is brilliant for paddleboarding, sailing and there’s lots of running, walking and cycle routes on the doorstep.

The room is available full-time, but I would also consider Mon - Fri lets at a reduced rate. I love dogs so would let to owners with well-behaved pets!
