Emsworth double room for young professional

Small double room available from May to rent out to a friendly and clean professional.

I’m a 30 year old journalist/PR professional. I have lived here for the past 5 years, and have always had housemates, so am respectful of personal space, but also happy to socialise! I have a 29 year old male housemate currently, but as I work away Mon - Fri, I’m now looking for another likeminded housemate.

The room on offer is a bright small double to rent at £700 (inc all bills). It is fully furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, drawers and desk.

The house is a 3 bed semi in North Emsworth, so is perfectly situated within walking distance of both Emsworth (15 mins) and Westbourne (5 mins) and their shops/restaurants/pubs. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Emsworth station (on the London Victoria mainline) and a half hour walk into Havant.

There’s a shared kitchen/living room, utility room and toilet downstairs, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There’s a large, completely enclosed rear garden and parking out the front, too.

The area is perfect for people who love the outdoors. Emsworth harbour is brilliant for paddleboarding, sailing and there’s lots of running, walking and cycle routes on the doorstep.

The room is available full-time, but I would also consider Mon - Fri lets at a reduced rate. I love dogs so would let to owners with well-behaved pets!
