In a 3bed house 150m from the village centre and 10mins walk to train station.

I had lovely spareroomers where I use to live, from all backgrounds before I moved here last year.
Must love dogs I have a yellow Labrador that is very sweet and friendly. So we do like to walk the locality, 2 mins from the high-street too, which is a great community.

Ideally professional employed - I work in architecture / construction.

Bills included other than council tax for first three weeks so we can see how we get on.
Couples considered at min.£50/wk extra.

I can provide a written agreement of roles responsibilities and term of spare-roomers use.

Please note having had spareroomers in the past I can provide their feedback on me too! Some who are my closest friends now.

I prefer to discuss over phone and then meeting in person to view and discuss, rather than posting lots of images.
