A lovely single room with a water view is available in a welcoming home just a short stroll from Emsworth Harbour. Perfect for someone looking to enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle in a friendly and peaceful setting.

The house is bright and comfortable, with shared access to the kitchen, living space, garden and bathroom. Ideally suited to a working professional or someone who appreciates a calm home environment.

We are both fun, active and outdoorsy, down for a drink and a good laugh. Looking for a clean and tidy housemate who values mutual respect, will fit well with us, and become a friend.
