Spacious Attic Room with Sea Views

Large attic room overlooking Portsmouth harbour with wonderful views of the sea. Also includes single use of further space useful for storage. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Garden and off street parking. Females preferred. I am quiet and prefer similar. Although friendly and personable I tend to keep to myself and allow my lodger the same privacy. The room has a double bed, sofa, arm chair, desk, TV with Netflix, balcony, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The separate space includes fridge wardrobes and further storage. There is shared use of washing machine and dryer.
It's a nice area for walks. Not far from the motorways for easy access to Portsmouth and Southampton.
