This advert is not for an ordinary room and is more a bed sit/ an end of house/ a self contained living area.
It has its own parking directly in front of the bedroom windows and it’s own entrance gateway and door entrance. The rest of the family home is attached but has no access to this self contained space. Smoking is allowed outside and just needing to emphasis that the annex is totally self contained own entrance own parking own gate. There is no need to even see anybody from within the main household if you prefer.

The bedroom has a large double bed as can be seen in the photos and video I will attach, as well as a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV with fire stick, and a bedside cabinet. Anything is available as we have most stock, but if you have your own stuff bring it we will empty the room to a blank canvas.

As you enter your own front door there is a coat bracket to your right and a door which leads into a shower room with a new powerful shower, toilet, large sink unit and cupboard so as plate washing facilities are also covered for. There is also a washing machine and a storage cupboard above this washing machine.

Coming back out into the hallway, there is a wall crockery bracket, opposite the small but everything that could be required Kitchenette. We have a small oven with hob plates and a microwave, both perfect for any need. Below this counter which has a small area to prepare food there is a refrigerator and a freezer too.

The door to the left of the bedroom is the playroom for our children and this door will be locked from both sides to ensure your total privacy in your own little home.

All bills included and with the cost of living going up this could be a little haven.

We prefer a female lodger and will accept with good discussion a couple but as a couple the rent charge pm would be £1200, £1000 single use.

We have a few little tweaks to do but we are virtually ready, viewing can happen anytime with planning from 18/09/26, but accept it’s still being repaired and professionally cleaned and prepared for the new home person.

We are open to discussing and perhaps creating a small garden area for 34 @ The Chalet, but that would if agreed be jointly agreed, worked on and financed👍🏻. You also have your own washing line for freshly washed laundry, but as yet the garden is whole and as one. There is a large bank/scrub to the side of your home which if wanted by green fingered people, we are happy to let you create, plant, deck or do as you wish, we had many thoughts, but never get to it. Under your front windows there is also a bed that if you wish can be yours for planting. We are open to discussion and if it’s a longer let required we are happy if you walk in and want to change the colours, go ahead it’s your place so your choice. # please note there has been lettings since this advert was prepared so items or colours seen in has changed # but the layout is exactly the same same !!
