It has its own parking directly in front of the bedroom windows and it’s own entrance gateway and door entrance. The rest of the family home is attached but has no access to this self contained space. As you enter your own front door there is a coat bracket to your right and a door which leads into a shower room with a new powerful shower, toilet, large sink unit and cupboard so as plate washing facilities are also covered for. There is also a washing machine and a storage cupboard above this washing machine.
Coming back out into the hallway, there is a wall crockery bracket, opposite the small but everything that could be required Kitchenette. We have a small oven with hob plates and a do everything microwave, both perfect for any need. Below this counter which has a small area to prepare food there is a refrigerator and a freezer too.
The door to the left of the bedroom is the playroom for our children and this door will be locked from both sides to ensure your total privacy in your own little home.
All bills included and with the cost of living going up this could be a little haven.
We prefer a female lodger and will accept with good discussion a couple but as a couple the rent charge pm would be £1100
We have a few little tweaks to do but we are virtually ready, viewing can happen within the next few days.
We are open to discussing and perhaps creating a small garden area for 34 @ The Chalet, you also have your own washing line for freshly washed laundry, but as yet the garden is whole and as one. With discussion we would accept pets but this would also incur an extra £10pm per pet.
