We have a modern décor, 1960’s shared property, furnished double bedrooms to rent.
The house has an upstairs shared bathroom with a lovely bath/shower with a wide staircase and landing. The flatmates have use of a shared downstairs adjoining large front room and dining room with separate, spacious kitchen and downstairs loo. Driveway parking and free Wifi available. The house is well-insulated with a new central heating boiler, meaning we are cosy and warm.
• I live in the house but travel away often.
• Bills are included in the rent but not cleaning

Choice of 1 of 2 double bedrooms:
This large and private double bedroom is light and airy with a generous smoked mirrored window opening to the front of the house. The room is furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, bedside table, easy chair and a smart TV. Option to remove easy chair and have folding table and chair to eat in privacy.

Double Bedroom 2
This large and private double bedroom is light and airy with the generous rear window opening over a view of the garden. The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with drawers and easy chair, and a smart TV. Option to remove easy chair and have folding table and chair to eat in privacy.
The upstairs bathroom
The modern bathroom is light, clean and airy. It has a tiled floor and walls and is fitted with large shower bath, sink and toilet. There is a large window with white glass, and space to store toiletries.

Front room
The spacious front room has a large front smoked mirrored window, modern open gas fireplace, large settee and a large smart TV.
The dining room
The large dining room has a six-seater dining table when not extended twelve, two chairs and a TV. Windows and French doors leading to a new patio.

The kitchen
The large modern kitchen has a built-in electric oven and grill, built-in 5 hob stove, built-in microwave, anew washing machine, 1 & ½ Sink, and fridge freezer. It has ample work surfaces and cupboards, of which a portion would be yours to use. There would be a fridge for your sole use and shared use of freezer.

The front of the house is laid block paving, suitable for parking.

The rear of the house is private and secured by high fencing with a grass lawn bordered with shrubs/ flowers and a patio. It is a lovely sun trap in the summer.
At the side of the house is a small courtyard, accessed by a gate which is suitable for keeping bikes. Off street parking is also available. Fareham train station is approximately 20 minuets walk. M27 is 6 to 8 minutes’ drive.
I am very easy going, but I like to keep the house clean and tidy and in good order those who stay. I am only interested in people we know will respect this ethos.

1 lodger stays downstairs, he is a 61 year old nonsmoking male, easygoing, works from home 2 days a week and at the weekends, and is away the rest.
