Driveway parking and free Wifi available. The house is well-insulated with a new central heating boiler, meaning its cosy and warm.
Bills are included in the rent but not cleaning.
Choice of 1 of 2 double bedrooms:
This large and private double bedroom is light and airy with a generous smoked mirrored window opening to the front of the house. The room is furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, bedside table, easy chair and a smart TV. Option to remove easy chair and have folding table and chair to eat in privacy.
Double Bedroom 2
This large and private double bedroom is light and airy with the generous rear window opening over a view of the garden. The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with drawers and easy chair, and a smart TV. Option to remove easy chair and have folding table and chair to eat in privacy.

The modern bathroom is light, clean and airy. It has a tiled floor and walls and is fitted with large shower bath, sink and toilet. There is a large window with white glass, and space to store toiletries.

The large dining room has a six-seater dining table when not extended twelve, two chairs and a TV. Windows and French doors leading to a new patio.

At the side of the house is a small courtyard, accessed by a gate which is suitable for keeping bikes. Off street parking is also available. Fareham train station is approximately 20 minuets walk. M27 is 6 to 8 minutes’ drive.
I am very easy going, but I like to keep the house clean and tidy and in good order those who stay. I am only interested in people we know will respect this ethos.
