YOUR HOME
Superb shared facilities with an enormous open plan kitchen and living room. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. All crockery, cutlery and household items provided. TV and comfy sofas. Breakfast bar and dining table.

Great garden (maintained by our gardener) with patio, tables & chairs, BBQ, locked shed for safe bike storage. We can even loan you bikes if you don’t have one. Parking available on the drive and nearby.

WHO WOULD IT SUIT?
The rooms would suit young professionals who work in the Fareham, Segensworth or Whiteley areas. Or who work in Southampton, Winchester or Portsmouth but who want to live out of the cities. The other housemates living there are all in their 20s / early 30s and in good jobs working locally. It's really important to us that we find a new housemate who will get on well and that this is a home and not just a room to lodge in.

This great group of housemates sometimes share meals, go out together, have cooking competitions, play board games and enjoy BBQs.

LIVE OUT LANDLORDS
John and Emma are live-out landlords and personally manage the properties. We live locally and are directly contactable so that any issues can be sorted out quickly without any agents involved.
One housemate said she had never lived in a place with a landlord who was so responsive to any issues.
