The whole third floor of my townhouse, near to Farnborough Main (35 mins to Waterloo).

The room is 28ft long with a king-size bed, a wall of built-in wardrobes and a good-sized ensuite shower room.

I’m keen to make the as comfortable as possible for the right person, and open to adding a Desk and chair, a small table and a wall-mounted TV, as there is ample space.

Downstairs you have use of the kitchen. There is parking out front, and also a garden and garage as required for extra storage (e. g. for bikes).

This place will suit a working professional who is office or site-based most of the week and wants a private, well-kept place to come back to.

A Mon to Fri let is also an option

About me: 34, work in London, out most of the week. I'm friendly and easy going. I value my own space and a clean and calm environment. Very respectful of other people’s space.

The house is quiet, clean and non-smoking.
