A large front drive with an allocated space. Local shops, restaurants and food takeaways just a few minutes walk from the house.

We are a 5mins drive to the M3 & 10mins from Farnborough & Camberley towns, which have direct train links to London. There is a bus stop just outside the house with direct routes to both towns.
The house has central heating throughout, with thermostatic valves on all radiators. The rent will include all bills and Internet with WiFi extenders.
The house belongs to a professional couple who live at the property with their 24yr old daughter.
The Tennant will have shared use of the kitchen area , cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery , crockery etc. Washing machine, dishwasher ,fridge & freezer. Dishwasher, microwave & air fryer, ironing board & basket etc and own cupboard space.
The ideal tenant would be a mature working professional who is tidy clean and non smoking, who will respect the family life environment. Preferably Monday to Friday let but not essential. It would not suit somebody looking for a lively multi person household or party type atmosphere.
Terms of tenancy - rent deposit plus 1 months rent payable in advance before or on the day of moving in, by DD and thereafter on the 1st day of the month. Strictly no pets allowed.
