The room has a built in single wardrobe & new double bed and is overlooking the garden. There is also a small storage unit and bedside table.

It is available for a friendly individual who will treat my house as their home, someone who is respectful, clean, quiet and tidy.

My home is clean, comfortable and you would have full use of all facilities; no meals are included but there is a fully equipped kitchen for use, dining room, living room, bathroom, broadband, and a lovely garden with decking.

Parking is free on the road, and not too difficult to find a space..

The room would be perfect for Remote workers / digital nomads, a stop gap between relocating or house-hunting, Traveling professionals (contractors, healthcare staff, consultants), Visiting family for longer stays and Students / interns / short-term courses.

Full time let, currently Available now until until 8th March - £600 per month - Short‑term let ideal for someone needing a temporary base.

Available again late March – end of July - Mon to Fri let with option to store items over weekend £525 per month - Perfect for students, contractors, or anyone needing a summer stay.

Nightly short stay £35 per night

The location is central and is close to the Naval Base, Commercial Rd, University, QA & St Marys Hospital, numerous bus routes, easy access to M27/A3 and a short walk to Fratton train station.

You would be sharing with the live in professional landlady, who is busy most evenings and up for work each week day morning, so this would not likely suit a shift worker.

Single occupancy only.

I have a small dog, who does not access guest rooms - so any potential house mates would need to be animal lovers.
