We are looking for clean and respectful tenants to share our lovely professional house share.
The location is fantastic, The property is very close to the city centre and theres also transport routes nearby!
Both the rooms and the house are fully furnished to a high standard. The house has super fast fibre optic broadband, and has also just been fully refurbished to a high standard throughout. All bills are included and we have a cleaner clean the communal areas regularly.
There is also 2 bathrooms in the property (one on each floor) meaning you're not sharing with many other people!
The property also has a nice sized garden which means you'll be able to sit outside and relax after a hard day at work!
