I have a lovely, newly renovated double room available in my clean, comfortable and well-maintained 3-bedroom home in Fratton.

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is looking for a peaceful home and will treat the house as their own.

The House

The house has recently been renovated and is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

You would have full use of the shared:

Comfortable living room with Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob/oven and dishwasher
Clean, modern bathroom with a large, powerful shower
Private garden, which is lovely to enjoy during the warmer months
Superfast fibre broadband

The shared communal areas are also professionally cleaned regularly.

The Room

The room is a spacious double room at the front of the house, with a lovely bay window seat, brand-new double-glazed windows and blinds.

It is fully furnished with:

Single bed, chosen to maximise floor space
Double Wardrobe
Chest of drawers
Bedside table and lamp
Small desk and chair
Mirror

Everything is ready for you, so you can essentially just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home.

The Household

You would be sharing with two friendly, clean and respectful male working professionals.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate of other people's routines and working schedules, and who enjoys a quiet and relaxed home environment.

This is a home rather than a party house, so it would suit someone looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to come back to after work or studying.

I also have two cats. They are friendly and part of the household, but they do not have access to the guest bedrooms, so your room remains your own space. You would need to be comfortable living in a home with cats.

The house is conveniently located in Fratton, with excellent transport links.

Fratton Road is just a short walk away with numerous bus routes, and Fratton train station is around a 15-minute walk, providing easy access to Portsmouth and connections further afield.

The location is also convenient for getting around the wider Portsmouth area and commuting in and out of the city.

The room is single occupancy only and would suit a working professional or mature student looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful home.

I'm looking for someone who will treat the house as their home, keep shared areas clean and tidy, and be respectful of the people they live with.

Standard references, proof of income and Right to Rent documentation will be required and checked.
