Most short-stay tenants extend once settled, but flexibility is always available.

Once a viewing has taken place and we both feel the room is a good fit, a one-week holding deposit is requested to process the application. This is deducted from your first month’s rent.

The tenancy deposit is £720 and is protected in a government-approved scheme.

To keep standards high, tenants complete a simple 30-minute weekly room chore and post photos in the house WhatsApp group.
