Room For Let

Hi

I have a furnished, light and airy small double room in a lovely house for long term lets for a minimum of 6 months. I could consider 3 months lets depending on circumstances. Also looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful , non smoker and considerate as you will be living in the house with the owners.

The house is in Gosport, but it is closer to the Fareham border. It is also close to local amenities, such as Asda supermarket, shops, library, etc. If interested, please contact me to discuss further.

Please note that a deposit of £200.00 plus 2 weeks rent in advance must be paid before taking occupation of the room. References and at least 3 forms of IDs are required, two of which must be photographic IDs. Professinals preferred please. Also this room is for single occupancy only, sorry but no couples.
