Hi

I have a furnished, light and airy small double room in a lovely house for long term lets for a minimum of 6 months. I could consider short lets depending on circumstances. Also someone who is clean, tidy and considerate as you will be living in the house with the owners.

The house is in Gosport, but it is closer to the Fareham border. It is also close to local amenities, such as Asda supermarket, library. If interested, please contact me to discuss further.

Please note that a deposit of £150.00 plus 2 weeks rent in advance must be paid before taking occupation of the room. References and 3 forms of IDs are required, two of which must be photographic IDs. Please also note that you MUST be a professional earning a steady/regular income, so therefore no temporary/temp workers working for Agencies, no casual workers, no unemployeds and no students. Also this room is for single occupancy only, sorry but no couples.
