Hi

I have a furnished, light and airy small double room in a lovely house for long term lets for a minimum of 6 months. I could consider short lets depending on circumstances. Also someone who is clean, tidy and considerate as you will be living in the house with the owners.

Please note that a deposit of £100.00 plus 2 weeks rent in advance must be paid before taking occupation of the room. References and 3 forms of IDs are required, two of which must be a photographic ID. Please also note that you MUST be a professional earning a steady/regular income, so therefore no temporary/temp workers working for Agencies, no casual workers, no unemployeds and no students. Also this room is for single occupancy only, sorry but no couples.
