The kitchen is new, including the appliances, and with plenty of space to store things.
Viewing is highly recommended, as the house it's exquisite and the neighborhood it's calm and welcoming.
The bills which are not included in the rent, are only gas and electric, and this would be shared with the rest of the people in the house, meaning the amount will be low every month ( obviously a bit higher in winter, but not much more ). I'd be happy to show previous month's bills, so you can make an idea what amounts to expect per month.
