Small double room

Females preferred.
I have a 2 bedroom home in the forton area which I love but looking to rent out my spare room to a working professional, initially for up to 6 months but able to extend if works out.
In the room is a double bed, large draws, a smart tv and WiFi.
About me: usually in bed by 9pm, until then can be found watching Netflix drinking wine on the sofa most evenings. I do not often have people round my house apart from occasionally I will do a roast or bbq for family at the weekends.

Must like cats and not be allergic!
