I have a Double room to rent in Gosport, walking distance to city centre and gosport ferry.
All bills are included (WiFi etc)
Recently renovated, furnished double bedroom available with double bed, wardrobe, and drawers.

Communal areas include: shower room,
Comfortable lounge with a TV and access to rear garden.
Kitchen with shared appliances including washing machine, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer.
South facing Garden close to water for kayaking etc.
Free on street parking is available.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and friendly housemate, who doesn’t mind engaging in the odd conversation.
I have a cat called Bob who is very friendly but shy at first!
