(all rooms have En-suites, in a quiet location with fitted kitchen / dining areas, including washing machine and separate tumble dryer, 2 x AMERICAN FRIDGE FREEZERS with cold water dispenser, double oven and large glass hob and all cutlery/cooking utensils/ dinnerware are also provided for your convenience as well as all the other usual household appliances - iron, hoover etc. Everyone has their own allocated double cupboard space in kitchen. There is also a Smart TV for you to enjoy in the dining area.
None of the rooms back onto each other, so there is no issue of being disturbed. Orthopaedic double bed, matching mirrored wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers.
This property also has a private courtyard to the rear - with patio table and chairs provided, for you to relax in on a bright sunny day. Bike Shed also with rear access.
All bills included - super fast wi-fi and council tax are also included as well as a cleaner for the common areas 1 day per week, in order for the property to be maintained to a good standard. Also a Gardener and Window Cleaner. I personally manage the house and any issues, (though rare) are soon dealt with by myself in a discreet and efficient manner and maintenance issues by my co-landlord/husband Chris.
All in a short walk from the town centre with nearby bus stops and Waitrose, Lidl etc and Gosport ferry with links to the main line trains. Nearby Marina has lovely wine bars and restaurants to enjoy - 10 minutes walk.
Parking available outside of the property and private parking to the rear.
Tenancy Agreements etc will all be done to a high professional standard as I am a member of the National Landlords Association and the deposit is held in a legal Government Holding Scheme. The house also has a full licence to run - approved by Gosport Borough Council.
All rooms have fire alarms/fire safety doors/windows and there are fire extinguishers in the house and annual Gas safety checks are always done.
Smoking is not permitted in the house, but not adverse to Smokers using the courtyard at the back of the house.
This house would suit individuals who would like to live in a very quiet house and who value their privacy (so if you are a party goer this house will not be suitable) It is a very safe and secure house and everyone's welfare is of top priority to myself.
All rooms are single occupancy only and sorry no pets allowed due to other tenants possibly not liking animals/allergies etc.
