This double bedroom is available in my home close to the sea at Hardway - a quiet part of Gosport which has excellent transport links.

I am renting one of the three bedrooms in my house.

Roadside parking is available, along with a large free car park nearby. The foot ferry to Portsmouth is a 35 minute walk away or 12 minute cycle ride. There is a bus stop to Fareham and Gosport just around the corner. Shops, pubs and takeaways are also a short walk away.

There is a public slipway and pontoon at the end of the road that are ideal for water sport enthusiasts. Also one of the oldest and most popular sailing clubs in the area, Hardway Sailing Club. The harbour sunsets are beautiful.

You will have shared use of whole house and garden/courtyard. Additional storage is available downstairs. Also secure storage for bicycle or motorcycle in the garage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. The bathroom is newly refurbished.
Consumables such as toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid also provided.

There is high speed fibre broadband, TV and licence.

Full time professional working outside of the home.
Non smoker.
Good references + 2 forms of ID (including Passport).
Clean, tidy and considerate.
