Approx 1 mile from Havant train and bus stations, with smaller stops also nearby.
Price is for a 7 day per week arrangement, with small discount available if only a Mon-Fri arrangement needed.
Live-in landlord is tidy/friendly/quiet.
I currently work from home during weekday office hours and occasional evenings (usually once a month). For this reason I’m looking for a professional tenant who is out working office hours as well.
