Small double room

Shared friendly house, 1.4 miles from Havant train station and main bus station. Bus stop outside the house for regular drops to Havant, also plenty of parking . This room is a smaller than you're average double but bigger than a box single room .
Plenty of parking, and a nice patio area at the back of the house . Please only apply if you are a clean and tidy working person . This is a working household , No one under 30. I'm currently in the Philippines so any contact needs to be between 9.30 am and 1 pm.
