Your Welcome to leave your property in locked bedroom over weekends. However, there maybe a rare weekend I might have a family member stay. In these cases the room will be cleaned and linen changed.

Off road (driveway) parking available. Free on street parking at front of house with restrictions around school pick up and drop off times.

Furnished double room (4ft- small double bed). TV, DVD player & DVD collection.

Access to shared kitchen (plus utensils etc) with fridge & cupboard space. Mini fridge & kettle in room.

Sunday evening arrival is fine for Mon-Friday lodgers. Check Out Friday by 11am.

Experienced Landlord & Landlady - we have been renting our spare room to local contractors working for SSE, Havant Thicket, Optivet Referrals & the like for 10+ years. Our aim is to make your stay a home from home experience, restful & comfortable. Added extras such as condiments, towels, toiletries, tea & coffee, etc. Just ask what you might need, we are very amenable.

We are a friendly, professional couple, clean and tidy, flexible and open to discussion. We have a teenage son & x6 well looked after house trained in/out cats. They don't go in the lodgers room. We live in a quiet cul de sac.

Absolutely no party animals or heavy drinkers at all. No smoking on property. Thankyou.
