The large upstairs room comes fully furnished and includes:
• A wall-mounted large TV with virgin WiFi and tv
• Wi-Fi
• Light-up fitted wardrobes with ample storage
• king size bed new mattress
• Access to a private, fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances: cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, tumble dryer, kettle, and a dining island with four chairs
• Your own separate bathroom with bath, shower (not overhead), and toilet
• Access to a large upstairs landing area
Key Features:
• All bills included (Deposit: £1000, payable upfront)

• A white noise machine is in place to ensure privacy during these sessions—for both the client and your comfort.
• For this reason, we’re ideally looking for a tenant who works outside the home during the day. If you work from home, we can discuss whether it’s a suitable fit.

We are not looking for a new friendship dynamic or socialising arrangement—we will treat this as your home, respect your space and privacy, and kindly ask the same in return. Our aim is to provide a quiet, comfortable, and self-contained living arrangement with minimal day-to-day interaction.

• We share the home with friendly dogs and cats. A stair gate is in place, but please note this is not a pet-free home, so it wouldn’t suit anyone with allergies.
• No parties or loud gatherings
