1 room has become available in our comfortable shared house. This is a single room which is available from the beginning of February. The room is fully furnished and on the second floor of this town house property.

The property is shared with up to 6 housemates in total (currently 5 due to the empty room). The housemates are all friendly and rooms are split across 3 floors. The property contains a shared fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, utility room, garden, and garage for storage. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one of which has recently been fully refurbished.

All bills are included within the price quoted. This includes all standard bills: gas and electricity, water, council tax. In addition, superfast broadband internet, sky TV and Netflix access, as well as all shared essentials (such as toilet roll, washing powder, dish washer tablets etc) are included. A cleaner attends every week to ensure shared areas remain clean. Your rent includes all bills and would be fixed for at least the next one year to provide peace of mind.

The property is conveniently located just off the A30 in a new housing estate in Hook. Local amenities include a train station with lines into London Waterloo; 2 local supermarkets and high street stores. There is also easy access to the M3 providing convenient transport links to Basingstoke and across the South.
