Our home is within close walking distance (3 - 5 min walk) from Hook railway station (1 hour to Waterloo) and the surrounding business parks within Hook. The M3 is 1 mile, M4 is 8 miles.

A king-sized bedroom for rent from Monday to Friday or Sunday night to Thursday night. Occupation of the room over weekends is not possible as this is a condition of our home insurance policy.

it would suit a professional person requiring week-day accommodation. The room is not used at weekends, so personal belongings can be safely left in the room which has its own lockable door.

The bedroom has an en-suite with large walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin; king-sized double bed; double wardrobe; table and chairs; 2 bedside cabinets and plenty of lighting. A refrigerator with freezer compartment; a microwave, toaster and kettle; crockery, cutlery and glasses; bed linen and towels are all included and laundered on a regular basis which is included in the monthly rental.

This room also has an ironing board, iron and electric fan.

The room is double glazed, centrally heated and has colour TV with Free-View.

The broadband has recently been upgraded to fibre (FTTC) providing between 55Mb and 65Mb download, up to 17Mb upload. Connection via Wi-Fi or ethernet is available, all included in the monthly rent.

All utility bills are included and plenty of off-road car parking is available. Council tax payment is not required
