A spacious and light single room in a family home conveniently situated opposite a co op, 5 mins walk to the cinema, cafes and Sainsbury's. 10-15 minutes walk to the station. The station has direct lines to Haslemere, Guildford and London Waterloo. The room has a desk, drawers, bed and cupboard. Bathroom will mainly be for the lodger only but may be used occasionally by family members in the night.
Use of kitchen.
Parking on driveway.

We have 2 cats.
We are a friendly family with senior school aged children and I work from home during part of the week.
Ideally looking for a Mon - Friday lodger that does not work from home. Would consider the weekends for the right person and shorter let. Cost would be more to include weekends. Short term lets would be considered.
