A spacious and light single room in a family home conveniently situated opposite a co op, 5 mins walk to the cinema, cafes and Sainsbury's. 10-15 minutes walk to the station. The station has direct lines to Haslemere, Guildford and London Waterloo. The room has a desk, drawers, bed and cupboard. Bathroom will mainly be for the lodger only but may be used occasionally by family members in the night.
Use of kitchen and a shelf in the fridge.
Parking on driveway.

We have 2 cats.
We are a friendly family with senior school aged children and I work from home during part of the week.
Ideally looking for a Mon - Friday lodger but would consider the weekends for the right person. Cost to be confirmed for this. Short term lets would be considered.
