Room for rent in a cosy family home

The house is closely situated to Southampton Common and the Sports Centre. It is also in walking distance to The General Hospital, so Is a great place to live if you are going to be working there. The city centre is also only approximately 15 minutes away by car, slightly longer by bus! It is a very pleasant, quiet area surrounded by lots of trees! My home is very comfortable with all the mod cons. The spare room has a double bed, a wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers. There is a nice atmosphere in the house and everyone is very friendly. I am the live-in landlady and there are 3 other lodgers who are all junior doctors who work at the hospital. I have a young Cockapoo called Silvi. She is very lovely and friendly. If you like dogs that is definitely a bonus but if you are indifferent, no worries as Silvi stays with me downstairs and does not need to bother you.
