Double room to rent in two bedroom bungalow, in quiet residential area of New Milton. £650 per month including council tax (Band D) and bills. Room comes with access to the living room (with an open fire), bathroom, kitchen, garden and washing machine. I can provide breakfast and evening meals.
As a female living on my own in the house, I would prefer a female occupant, preferably a student who is seeking a quieter and more comfortable residence while they study. There is a bus stop that is a two minute walk away, and New Milton train station is a fifteen minute walk away.
