Comfortable, private weekday accommodation

For a professional working away from home this spacious, double bedroom with own lounge/kitchen and bathroom is within a delightful bungalow situated in the peaceful, rural area of Northney, Hayling Island.
This is for a Monday PM - Friday AM lodger who is quiet and respectful and prefers their own space. The rooms are private from the rest of the house so we would rarely have any contact. Second bedroom a possibility if 2 colleagues want to lodge together for £800/month.
Lovely field and costal walks/cycles direct from the house. Kayak, SUP and windsurfing all popular sports in this area. No traffic or parking issues and Havant, Portsmouth and Chichester are all within very easy reach.
Bills are included and I would consider other stay arrangements but not a full-time let, so please feel free to contact me about your requirements.
