Room for rent with whole house use

I am recently separated and have a whole 4 bedroom house to myself. I have taken the mortgage and the bills on solo now which I am struggling with on top of paying child support to my fiancé. I am still renovating the house in places which is also a challenge with money being tight. I am looking for someone who is looking for a cheap room to rent, who isn't fussy and doesn't mind being a bit of company as the house feels very quiet nowadays! You have access to the whole house, feel free to use everything available to you.
