Fast Speed Broadband throughout with mini routers located in each bedroom as well as communal parts.

There is a good size communal living/kitchen area which has a comfy sofas, interlinked courtyard with composite decking and seating/dining areas, dining room table and benches, large wall mounted TV with Full Virgin TV package. The courtyard also has rear access with wall mounted hooks to store and lock your bike, should you require.

The modern fitted kitchen has 2 x ovens, hobs and extractor fans, 1 x dishwasher, 2 x washing machines and integrated tumble dryer, 2 x fridge/freezers, 2 x microwaves.

All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by a Pro Pods approved housekeeping company.

An additional service can be provided to tenants which can include a change of bed linen and towels, room hoovered and ensuite cleaned (additional costs apply).

The property is in Fratton Road, Portsmouth and is located close to city centre, restaurants and bus stops nearby. Fratton train station is approx. a 5 min. walk.
