Lovely large fully tastefully furnished double room £595pcm inc bills for a 12 month let if you move in this week (November 1-7th)(no deposit subject satisfactory references) 1 month from rent day notice let £625pcm There is an additional single bedroom that's currently let for £125pcm with this room as our current lodger is an artist and uses it as a studio and home office. This could also be used for storage..
The house (very large 4bed) is an exceptionally clean, friendly respectful house, currently two people inc landlord currently sharing modern, nice decor and furniture very clean throughout large 4 house with lodgers lounge too.
Fully equipped modern fitted kitchen and dining room.
Large modern exceptionally clean bathroom with bath, and gas and electric showers.
The room is fully furnished with large screen TV and Now Stick included plus high speed Internet on.
There is space, at your own expense, for you to erect a small garden shed in the garden if required plus there's a separate lodgers lounge so all in all a positive feeling of space to live.
This is a cat friendly household, possibly dog if not too large and your dog accompanies you to work, is cat friendly or is looked after at a dog sitters.
Please do not apply if you are a night shift worker (including care) as the home has normal daytime noise going on and can't have overnight noise.
Also not suitable for a home worker unless you want to rent a single room to use as your office Inc extra energy consumption, at an additional £125 pcm
Not suitable for a non UK citizen without a Home Office Right to Rent code..
The rent levels are based on long stay, shorter stays by negotiation and a lodger being out of the property during the week working or other, not someone who's in all the time as this effects bills of course 🙂 There is an open rent referencing process including credit check and affordability checks, as such with housing benefit levels at a max of £78 which makes it a bit tough to get through the affordability check unfortunately, not impossible but unlikely.
It's a friendly informal and normal, clean, respectful and tidy house, looking for people suit and maintain that.. This room is for rent on a permanent basis, I intend to have the house for at least 20 years so you can rent in the knowledge you are not going to get turfed out unless you wanted to move on of course..
