To ensure a smooth and secure renting experience for all residents, all applicants are required to complete a standard referencing process before a tenancy can be confirmed.

✔ Previous landlord reference

A holding deposit of one weeks rent is required to reserve the room whilst referencing is carried out. Successful applicants will then be invited to sign the tenancy agreement and arrange their move- in date.
