Double Room for rent Copnor, good location

Hi, here i have for now 1 double room up for rent,

only myself and my cat living here currently, cat lives outside, (has an outdoor insulated cat house) I work a lot in london so makes sense to rent 1 or 2 of my spare rooms.

Bus stop just out front, local shops close by
