Deposit Options:

Option 1. You can pay the equivalent of 1 months rent as a deposit and this is secured with DPS (Deposit Protection Service)

Example: Rent = £500, Deposit = £500. Total to move in is £1000. You have paid £100 to hold the room and the remaining amount to pay to move in is £900

Option 2. You can pay £250 for our 'No Deposit Option'. This is a one-off payment and is non refundable.

Example: Rent = £500, NDO = £250. Total to move in is £750. You have paid £100 to hold the room and the remaining amount to pay to move in is £650

The remaining amount is required at least 1 working day before your tenancy starts.
