A quiet, calm Monday–Friday room in Baffins, ideal for NHS staff, contractors and professionals needing a peaceful base during the work week. Parking available.

Our semi‑detached home is calm, friendly and welcoming. We’re in one of Portsmouth’s greenest areas, close to Baffins Pond, the bus stop, local pub, parks and shops. Southsea and the city centre are around 10 minutes away by car, with easy access via the Eastern Road.

The guest room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden, offering privacy and a restful night’s sleep.

🍽️ KITCHEN

Our compact, peaceful kitchen includes:
• Brand‑new large Panasonic combination microwave‑oven‑grill
• Kettle & toaster
• Allocated fridge‑freezer space
• Tea, coffee & milk provided
• Plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery etc for your use

Please note: the electric hobs aren’t available, but the Panasonic combi oven‑grill works brilliantly for hot meals.

We also have secure space to store a commuter bike during the week, in our enclosed lean‑to behind locked gates, which is ideal for anyone cycling to QA Hospital, the Naval Base or the city centre.

Guests are welcome to unwind in the dining room in the evenings, which includes:

🧳 PRACTICALITIES

• Two‑week deposit + first week’s rent upfront to secure room
• Rent paid weekly in advance
• Reference or proof of employment – whichever is easiest

Stays of 3 or 4 nights are welcome:
• 4 nights: £120 per week
• 3 nights: £100 per week
