House has good size kitchen in ground floor and little sitting area for breakfast in conservatory leading to utility room and back garden.
Max number of occupants allowed to live in the house is three including house owner who works away weekdays.
We welcome professional or master degree student who is tidy and considerate to others.
House in vicinity of all main transport links, town center, shops and university with regular bus links around the corner.
