- Holding deposit to reserve a room, which is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed
WEEKLY RENT
In order to be able to offer one week notice (not one month as elsewhere), the rent is paid WEEKLY on Saturday for the period until the following Friday.
Happy to accept a pro-rata for first week; however, rent is paid weekly after. Therefore, please arrange to vacate on a Friday or Saturday if you wish to use up your rent, as it is not refundable if you choose to vacate on another day.
