- One weeks rent to reserve a room, which is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed

- Weekly rent (Sat to Fri)
- One week notice to vacate
- £580 deposit (returned into your bank day of vacating)

1) 13+ WEEK STAY
£135 weekly

2) 4-12 WEEK STAY
£140 weekly

3) 1-3 WEEK STAY
£150 weekly

*£140 paid until week 13. At week 13 you'll pay £135 rent and will be refunded £5 a week for 13 weeks stayed to adjust rate to £135.

Likewise, if you need to vacate before staying four weeks, rent will be adjusted to £150.

WEEKLY RENT
In order to be able to offer one week notice (not one month as elsewhere), and a week-to-week flexible let, the rent is paid WEEKLY on Saturday for the period until the following Friday.

Happy to accept a pro-rata for first week ; however, rent is paid weekly after. Therefore, please arrange to vacate on a Saturday to use up your rent, as it is not refundable if you choose to vacate on another day.
