SHORT TERM LET OK
If you are able to commence the let by end Oct/early Nov.

MIN LET
One week.

Rates for lets of less than three months = £115 pw/£16.42 a night/£500 pcm.

For stay <month = 1 week notice. Between one and two months = 2 wks notice, two months> = month notice.

PARKING
Free on-street. No permit needed. Also included, one off-street, patrolled, parking space shared with one other, (if other room has a car), a few mins walk from the house.

LOCATION
Quiet road in North End; a five min walk from supermarkets, shops and main bus route. Portsmouth and Southsea and Fratton train stations 25 min walk or ten min bus ride.

IDEAL COMMUTE
Three min drive to motor way. Ten-20 min to Cosham (QA hospital) Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, 30 min Petersfield, Chichester.

All freshly painted and fully furnished with comfortable mattresses, (under bed storage), desk, two chest of drawers, wardrobe, full length mirror, door hooks, USB plug sockets and roof top digital TV aerial.

BEDROOM 1 - second floor location, semi detached, quiet, with garden view.

BEDROOM 2: - ground floor at front (convenient one level access to kitchen and bathroom) also has black out curtains and shelving.

LOUNGE
HD TV, full Virgin TV package, Chrome cast to stream internet wirelessly.

KITCHEN
Quality appliances, heat pump tumble drier. Share fridge with one other, freezer drawer and cupboard. All utensils, pans, cutlery & iron provided.

BATHROOM. own shower caddy, communal cupboard. Hand soap, air freshners all provided. Hand towels and bath mats provided and regularly laundered.

ME (45)
I believe in treating people as I'd like to be treated. I'm a conscious consumer, eco-friendly, environmentally-minded, vegetarian who loves nature and animals. I own and live in the house; however, I'm friendly, respectful and non-intrusive.

MUNA (25)
Friendly, easy to get on with, polite, respectful, clean and tidy, considerate male, who works in science research. He likes volleyball, football, and country walks.

CAT: Dax the cat also lives here. He will take as much attention as you care to give him; however, he will not bother you, being mainly outside, or in my room. There's no cat hair - house is kept clean - and no litter tray/pets smells.

SMOKING
Outside only, please. There is a front porch area if raining, or feel free to smoke in the garden. I've recently given up and switched to vaping.

AVAILABILITY
Both rooms 26th Oct, possibly from 17th Oct, if their house purchase goes through earlier.
