🪙 HOLDING DEPOSIT
One week’s rent, which will become your first week’s rent on moving in. This is non-refundable if you do not move in.

The holding deposit secures the room for the agreed move-in date. If the move-in is postponed, rent will still be due from the original agreed date.

If you choose not to pay from that date, the holding deposit will be forfeited.
