The 2nd Double Room is circa 11msq and also contains a fridge as well as standard furniture (minus a sofa). The room is located on the ground floor at the middle of the house and is available now.
THE HOUSE
The house is located on the bottom end of Porstwood Road and Lodge Road. It is a 6 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms. There is gas central heating, double glazing and a small rear courtyard. The house is fully HMO compliant with interlinked smoke alarms, fire doors and door closers.
THE LOCATION
The location is ideal if you need access to central Portswood or even the City Centre. A bike ride to the University Campus as well as Solent University. In terms of eateries, it is conveniently located for both Mango Thai Restaurant, Smokey Pizza and a number of other bars and food places are just a stone throw away on Portswood Road.
The property is located around the corner from Thomas Lewis Way which provides convenient access to M3 and M27 motorways. Its also a short commute to Southampton City Centre and Eastleigh. Aldi Supermarket is just a 4 minute walk and Sainsburys supermarket at the top end of Portswood Road is a 10 minute walk.
IS THERE PARKING?
There is no onsite parking available. However, you can park on the adjacent roads where there are no parking permit restrictions and likewise on other nearby roads.

The house is literally an 8 minute walk to St Denys Station where you can catch a train to Winchester, Basingstoke, London etc. There is also wider selection of buses available on Portswood Road where you can travel to Eastleigh or the City Centre.
